They have a strong understanding of the most recent Salesforce developments - in our case a highly customised Lightning Community supported by Mobile Publisher. Collaboration worked really well even though geographically we were very spread out. A combination of video and collaborative documents ensured we were always very clear on what had been delivered and what was next.
